Pages & Print is an internet company, located in the Cuyahoga Valley National Park region of Northeast Ohio; in the city of Cuyahoga Falls nestled between Cleveland (my hometown) and Akron. I enjoy what we do and my goal is to provide superior customer service and to make shopping for books, patterns and other paper collectibles a fun experience.
I have been selling on eBay for more than 10 years with more than 4,000 sales and Amazon for 4 years with more than 500 sales and 100% positive feedback on both. I enjoy internet selling and through my sales have made many internet friends from all over the world.

About Customer Service... I have noticed in the past few years that good customer service is almost impossible to find. I’m sorry I don’t think that is right. Customers are the reason that a business grows they are not an annoyance. Your concerns are my concerns, your questions should be answered quickly and politely whether through an email or a phone conversation. If you have suggestions and send them through you deserve a response. The goal of Pages & Print is to provide you with merchandise at a fair price – Everything is described as accurately as possible but if you have a concern over anything that you have purchased or planning to purchase , I do want to hear about it. Let’s bring back the good old days when the “Service ” in Customer Service was observed by companies.

Where do you get your merchandise ?
A variety of places – Estate sales, Stores closings, Private sellers that are downsizing
I notice that you have some items for only 35 cents. Are these damaged ?
Most of the books in the Bargain Basement are Good to Acceptable and the same with some of the magazines (conditions are always noted) Patterns are generally uncut and in the bargain basement because I may have an overstock. There are a few trimmed patterns there (conditions are always noted) So shop in the bargain basement worry-free
I am looking for a pattern that I don’t see or it shows sold. Do you have more ?
The answer to that is “MAYBE” I always have several hundred patterns that are not listed, which is why if you come to the site around 4AM eastern time you will see the Newly Listed section change minute to minute (that is when I add inventory) Drop me an email and I will check and see if I have the pattern you are looking for .. and if I don’t have it I will search the web to see if another seller offers the pattern and I will mail you the link.
I see you list pattern dates for some patterns but not for all why ?
Well it is like this some of the pattern companies are very obliging and they list the copyright on the pattern envelope and some list them inside or I can research them through books . But some I am guessing the decade by the hair styles etc..
Why are you selling books as well ?
When I started Pages & Print in 2007 I wanted it to be a source of many paper collectibles and crafts . I personally love a good humor book or a mystery and reviewing old magazines so I hoped my buyers would like the variety as well !
